Meet Some of the Castech Team
Stojan Lemut
Senior Project Manager
Stojan has extensive experience in foundry and heat treatment metallurgy, and he holds a Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering. Originally trained in Bosnia, he moved to Australia in 1996, earning qualifications in NDT and Weld Inspection.
Specialising in material analysis, he has expertise in spectrometers, ISO 9001 quality systems, and laboratory quality control. Since joining Castech Solutions in 2010, Stojan has successfully managed projects for Downer Rail Perth, Sydney Passenger Rail, UGL, Caterpillar, and Newcrest Mining, ensuring high-quality manufacturing solutions.
Bill Wu
Supplier Quality Manager
With two decades of hands-on experience in the foundry industry, Bill leads Castech's Inspection team in China.
He has played a significant role for more than 18 years as a skilled Foundry Engineer at Castech.
Bill studied at Tsinghua University, holds a global Non-Destructive Testing certification, and has training in ISO 9001.
He speaks English fluently, making communication seamless.
